CONCURRENT RESOLUTION Be It Resolved by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Oregon: (1) This resolution constitutes a rule of proceeding of both the Senate and the House of Repre- sentatives of the Eighty-third Legislative Assembly. (2) Notwithstanding a chamber rule to the contrary, a member’s services and supplies account may be used to pay for parking permits to be supplied to staff or staff reimbursement for parking costs incurred by staff in order to park at or near the State Capitol building.
