Authorizing the State Armory Board to enter into such agreements as may be necessary to exchange with a branch of the United States Armed Forces the right of occupancy in, use of and obligations belonging to certain proprieties owned, managed or occupied by either the State Armory Board or a branch of the United States Armed Forces.
