Health Care Providers Safety Act of 2023 This bill authorizes the Department of Health and Human Services to award grants to health care providers for security services and other expenses related to physical security and cybersecurity.

Cost-Share Accountability Act of 2023 This bill requires the Department of Energy to report on the use of its authority to reduce or eliminate the cost-sharing requirements for its research, development, demonstration, and commercial application program or activities under the Energy Policy Act of 2005.

Lunar New Year Day Act This bill establishes Lunar New Year Day as a federal holiday.

End the Threat of Default Act This bill repeals the statutory debt limit, which limits the amount of money that the federal government may borrow.
