Extends eligibility for the farm employer overtime tax credit to certain professional employer organizations that are in a contractual relationship with an eligible farm employer.

Establishes a twenty-four hour, toll-free hotline and website for runaway and homeless youth that provides immediate support, referrals, resource lists and other information to such youth.
Provides that upon motion and after an opportunity to be heard, a court may order the defendant in a family offense proceeding to turn control of a connected device over to a family or household member or, if that is not possible, to have such connected device disabled by the manufacturer.
