Provides for the initiation of treatment for COVID-19, influenza, and pharyngitis resulting from a Group A streptococcal infection by a licensed pharmacist in certain circumstances.
Expands eligibility for tax abatement for rent-controlled and rent regulated property occupied by persons with disabilities to include individuals who do not meet the non-medical qualifications for SSDI and SSI but, by reason of the individual's disability, the individual is not able to engage in substantial gainful activity as that term is defined by the federal social security administration.
Relates to the role of the department of corrections and community supervision in planning and facilitating the discharge or release of incarcerated individuals to the community.

Relates to police officer and peace officer hiring and transfers; requires police agencies review any possible internal files of police misconduct and complaints as well as pending criminal charges before hiring or allowing for a transfer.
