Requires pharmacies to provide customers directly with the retail (before insurance) price of a prescription, in writing and electronically prior to purchase.
Relates to reimbursement for ambulance services; requires insurers to submit payments directly to ambulance providers who are in-network or, for out-of-network ambulance providers, requires the issuance of a joint check to the insured specifying both the insured and the ambulance provider as payees.
Directs the commissioner of motor vehicles, in conjunction with the office of court administration, shall redesign the uniform traffic tickets; such new design shall include, but not be limited, increasing the clarity of such ticket and providing clearly on the front of such ticket, the cancellation of the court appearance where a fine is paid prior to the date of such court appearance.

Requires electronic cigarettes and e-liquid products to be sold in separate specific locations where only persons of at least twenty-one years of age are allowed to enter.
Relates to the limits of certain supplementary insurance policies; makes the Supplemental Underinsured Motorist (SUM) Insurance limit equal to the liability limit that each insured acquires.
Provides that all buses manufactured for sale in this state after July 1, 2025, shall have an exhaust system whereby the point of emission from the exhaust pipe is at the upper right hand corner of the rear of such vehicle.
