Relates to expanding eligibility for the low interest rate program of the state of New York mortgage agency to certain graduates of post secondary programs or comparable apprenticeship and workforce training programs for the purchase of certain property.
Prevents an agency, department, division, commission, bureau or any other entity under the authority of the executive department from contracting, subcontracting or hiring any third party during a hiring freeze.
Authorizes school districts that provide transition services to allow the delivery of such transition services, including integrated employment, during school hours.
