Providing for violence prevention committees in health care facilities, for duties of committees, for workplace violence reporting requirements and for powers and duties of the Department of Labor and Industry; and imposing fines and administrative penalties.
Further providing for compensation of Governor and Lieutenant Governor, State Treasurer, Auditor General, Attorney General, commissioners of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission and heads of departments.
In other offenses, further providing for violation of rules regarding conduct on Commonwealth property; in protection of property and waters, further providing for the offense of littering; in protection of property and persons, further providing for the offense of littering and restrictions on vehicles; and, in size, weight and load, further providing for securing loads in vehicles.
