Enacts the "stop Anti-Semitism on college campuses act" to ensure no state aid is granted to any college or university that authorizes, facilitates, provides funding for, or otherwise supports any event promoting Anti-Semitism on campus; defines "Anti-Semitism".
Provides free hunting, fishing, and trapping licenses for residents who participated in the World Trade Center rescue, recovery, or cleanup and who suffered a permanent disability.
Relates to punitive measures and the collection of student loans and suspension and revocation of tuition assistance awards for individuals found guilty of anti-Semitism.
Requires certain documents and forms to be provided in the twelve most common non-English languages spoken by limited English proficient immigrants of five years or less according to the American community survey, as published by the United States census bureau.
Provides protections for telecommunications tower technicians, including requiring certain trainings during work hours without a loss of pay; requires certain reporting by bidders for telecommunication contracts.
Directs the New York state department of transportation and the New York city department of transportation to conduct a study on parking availability along the portion of 8th Avenue between 39th street and 73rd street in the borough of Brooklyn in the city of New York.
Directs the department of civil service to conduct a study on Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) employment in the public sector workforce including the current levels of employment and how to increase participation in the state and local public sector workforce.
Requires the periodic inspection of commercial buildings where bicycles with electric assist are repaired, sold, rented, or stored for repair, sale, or rental; requires such inspection quarterly; requires the state fire prevention and building code council to establish a fee for such inspection; requires the inspection of such buildings following a fire-related emergency or other fire-related incident.
Provides that the theft of benefits contained on an electronic benefit transfer card shall be a class D felony punishable by a fine of ten thousand dollars.
Requires fire insurance for any building where bicycles with electric assist are repaired, sold, rented, or stored for repair, sale or rental; requires insurance coverage of at least one million dollars and an additional one hundred thousand dollars per tenant if tenants reside in such building.
Establishes the organized militia as public employees working group to examine the potential costs and benefits of designating members of the New York state organized militia as public employees.
Relates to the SUNY Maritime admissions program increasing the number of positions reserved for nomination by the governor and members of the legislature and scholarship under the SUNY Maritime admissions program.
