Prohibits the use of facial recognition and biometric information as the sole factor in determining the existence of probable cause to place in custody or arrest an individual.
Relates to modifying the penalties associated with passing a stopped school bus to include a mandatory driver education course for each offense after a second conviction if recommended by the court.
Relates to protecting wildlife and maintaining safety; necessitates written notification before a nuisance wildlife control operator undertakes any control measures.
Requires all health insurance policies to provide insurance coverage for the cost of hearing aids; provides that such coverage shall include coverage of at least $3,000 over a four year period; provides that children under the age of sixteen are allowed reimbursement for additional expenses if needed.
