Amending the act of February 13, 1970 (P.L.19, No.10), entitled "An act enabling certain minors to consent to medical, dental and health services, declaring consent unnecessary under certain circumstances," further providing for individual consent, for mental health treatment and for release of medical records; and providing for parent or legal guardian access to medical records.
Authorizing the Department of Environmental Protection to conduct a public comment process on and submit to the General Assembly a measure or action intended to abate, control or limit carbon dioxide emissions by imposing a revenue-generating tax or fee on carbon dioxide emissions; and abrogating regulations.
In other required equipment, further providing for general requirements for school buses; and, in size, weight and load, further providing for width of vehicles.
In registration of vehicles, providing for contributions to the Fire Company Grant Program and for contributions to the Emergency Medical Services Grant Program.
