Donald G. Davis is a Democratic representative from North Carolina, known for his strong advocacy in the areas of health care and economic development. Born on February 16, 1953, in Boston, Massachusetts, he pursued his education at Washington and Lee University, earning a Bachelor of Science in 1975, before obtaining his medical degree from George Washington University in 1979.
