Providing for sport activities in public institutions of higher education and public school entities to be expressly designated male, female or coed; and creating causes of action for harms suffered by designation.
In arson, criminal mischief and other property destruction, further providing for the offense of criminal mischief; in burglary and other criminal intrusion, providing for removal of trespassers from real property; in particular rights and immunities, providing for an offense and civil action relating to trespass on real property; and imposing penalties.
In personal income tax, further providing for imposition of tax; in gross receipts tax, further providing for imposition of tax, providing for transfers to Alternative Fuels Incentive Fund and further providing for establishment of revenue-neutral reconciliation; eliminating the tax imposed upon each dollar of the gross receipts received from the sales of electric energy; providing for the benefit of consumers and for a civil penalty; and making a repeal.
