Relating to parole; to amend Section 15-22-28, Code of Alabama 1975, to provide that a prisoner is not eligible for parole of he or she has been duly charged with a new offense that has not been disposed.

Relating to motor vehicle registration and distinctive motor vehicle license plates; to authorize the issuance of a distinctive motor vehicle license plate to benefit brain cancer research.

Relating to occupational licensing of health professionals; to establish the Health Professional Scope of Practice Review Commission to review and make recommendations to the Legislature regarding legislation revising or creating scope of practice laws for health professions; to provide for membership of the commission; and to provide guidelines for the commission to determine if scope of practice legislation is appropriate.

To alter, rearrange, and extend the boundary lines and corporate limits of the Town of Grant in Marshall County.
