Relates to prohibiting the metropolitan transportation authority from promulgating rules or regulations that penalize a student for using a student MetroCard when school is not in session.
Creates the women and high-wage, high-demand, nontraditional jobs grant program; encourages and assists women to enter high-wage, high-demand occupations including but not limited to trades, science, technology, engineering, and math; makes an appropriation therefor.
Relates to defining members of the same family or household for purposes of family offenses; includes persons who: are related to a child in common or to a person in an intimate relationship; and are currently living together in a family-type relationship or formerly lived together in a family-type relationship.
Requires the recommendation to a parent for blood lead level screenings of his or her child when a health care provider finds high lead levels in the blood of such child; directs the department of health to conduct an environmental investigation when a child is found to have high levels of lead in his or her blood.

Requires the commissioner of environmental conservation to establish standards for and a program of inspection and certification of green roofs prior to and after installation, including standards for environmentally acceptable chemical fertilizers and the testing of runoff water for evidence of such fertilizers; establishes a green roof installation tax credit in the amount of fifty-five percent of qualified expenditures with a credit maximum of five thousand dollars.
