| 23 | 23 | | SECTION 1. Section 1-2-17 of the General Laws in Chapter 1-2 entitled "Airports and 1 |

| 26 | 26 | | The Rhode Island airport corporation, from a parking surcharge at the Rhode Island T.F. 4 |

| 27 | 27 | | Green International Airport as defined by a 1988 agreement between the state acting by and through 5 |

| 28 | 28 | | the director of transportation and the city of Warwick, shall pay to the city of Warwick out of the 6 |
