RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, the 1
Honorable Leonela Felix may join Kayla Simone K. Rosen and Michael Zachary Mezera in 2
marriage within the City of Providence, Rhode Island, on or about May 20, 2023. The Honorable 3
Leonela Felix is hereby authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage 4
pursuant to and in accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General Laws, entitled 5
"Solemnization of Marriages." 6
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. 7
