| 28 | 28 | | (a) There is hereby created a house committee of the repealer. The house committee of the 6 |

| 29 | 29 | | repealer shall consist of six (6) members: six (6) of whom shall be members of the house of 7 |

| 30 | 30 | | representatives, not more than four (4) from the same political party, to be appointed by the speaker 8 |

| 32 | 32 | | (b) The committee will meet in the off-session part of the year and will submit 10 |

| 33 | 33 | | recommendations at the start of the new year and/or session for consideration by the house. 11 |
