2222 It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
2323 SECTION 1. Chapter 28-14 of the General Laws entitled "Payment of Wages" is hereby 1
2424 amended by adding thereto the following section: 2
2525 28-14-32. List of salary ranges. 3
2626 Employers in Rhode Island with thirty (30) or more employees shall be required to list 4
2727 competitive salary ranges on their job postings on the company's hiring page or third-party websites 5
2828 such as Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Indeed or other job boards. 6
2929 SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. 7
