| 23 | 23 | SECTION 1. Chapter 16-7.1 of the General Laws entitled "The Paul W. Crowley Rhode 1 | |

| 28 | 28 | For the duration of the effective period of the order of reconstitution and control, any 6 | |
| 29 | 29 | collective bargaining agreement entered into on behalf of the Providence public school district shall 7 | |
| 30 | 30 | not take effect until ratified by the council on elementary and secondary education at a public 8 | |
| 31 | 31 | hearing held no earlier than seven (7) days after the terms of a tentative agreement ratified by the 9 | |
