| 33 | 33 | | RESOLVED, That there is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the treasury from 11 |

| 34 | 34 | | the fifty million dollars ($50,000,000) in capital funds allocated to school construction in the 12 |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | fiscal year 2023 state budget, the approximate sum of thirty million dollars ($30,000,000) of 13 |

| 36 | 36 | | which one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) would be distributed to each public school in 14 |
