| 23 | 23 | SECTION 1. Chapter 21-28.11 of the General Laws entitled "The Rhode Island Cannabis 1 | |
| 24 | 24 | Act" is hereby amended by adding thereto the following section: 2 | |
| 25 | 25 | 21-28.11-33. Prohibition from outdoor advertising of cannabis sales. 3 | |
| 26 | 26 | No licensee under the provisions of this chapter or any other retailer in the business of 4 | |
| 27 | 27 | selling cannabis shall be allowed to advertise for the sale of cannabis within the state on any outside 5 | |
| 28 | 28 | forms of advertising, including, but not limited to, billboards, digital billboards, outdoor murals, 6 | |
| 29 | 29 | outdoor posters, bus shelters, bus posters, mobile billboards, or any other form of outdoor 7 | |
