| 24 | 24 | | SECTION 1. Chapter 12-1 of the General Laws entitled "Identification and Apprehension 1 |

| 28 | 28 | | department shall submit the firearm to the state crime laboratory for testing pursuant to ยง 12-1.2-3 5 |
