22 | 22 | | SECTION 1. Sections 21-28-4.11 and 21-28-4.14 of the General Laws in Chapter 21-28 1 |

25 | 25 | | (a) Any person convicted of a second offense under this chapter, except for violations of § 4 |

26 | 26 | | 21-28-4.01(c)(2)(i), § 21-28-4.01(c)(2)(iii) 21-28-4.01(c)(2)(ii), § 21-28-4.01(c)(2)(iv), or § 21-28-5 |

27 | 27 | | 4.01(c)(2)(v), or § 21-28-4.01(c)(2)(vi), may be imprisoned for a term up to twice the term 6 |
