NAMING ALL NEW BUILD INGS, BRIDGES, EDIFICES AND OTHER STATE
CONSTRUCTIONS

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 22-7.4 of the General Laws entitled "Permanent Joint Committee on 1
Naming All New Buildings, Bridges, Edifices and Other State Constructions" is hereby amended 2
by adding thereto the following section: 3
22-7.4-149. Stephen J. Medeiros Fishing Area at Black Point. 4
The fishing access site at Black Point in Narragansett shall hereafter be named and known 5
as the "Stephen J. Medeiros Fishing Area at Black Point". 6
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. 7
