| 22 | 22 | | SECTION 1. Section 11-14-1 of the General Laws in Chapter 11-14 entitled "False 1 |

| 25 | 25 | | Every person who shall falsely assume or pretend to be a judge, justice of the peace, 4 |

| 26 | 26 | | warden, deputy sheriff, alderman, member of any city or town council, city or town clerk, state 5 |

| 27 | 27 | | court clerk, city sergeant, constable, correctional officer, any other officer of any city or town in 6 |

| 28 | 28 | | this state as well as any out-of-state police, or the attorney general, deputy attorney general, 7 |

| 29 | 29 | | assistant or special assistant attorney general, and shall act as such, shall be imprisoned not 8 |
