| 24 | 24 | | SECTION 1. Chapter 27-38.2 of the General Laws entitled "Insurance Coverage for Mental 1 |

| 27 | 27 | | Every individual or group health insurance contract, plan, or policy delivered, issued, or 4 |

| 28 | 28 | | renewed by an insurer, health maintenance organization, nonprofit or for-profit health service 5 |

| 29 | 29 | | corporation on or after January 1, 2024, that provides benefits to individual subscribers and 6 |
