| 23 | 23 | | SECTION 1. Chapter 23-18.9 of the General Laws entitled "Refuse Disposal" is hereby 1 |

| 26 | 26 | | (a) All persons engaged in the business of collection or hauling of refuse shall not empty 4 |

| 27 | 27 | | large trash receptacles, commonly known as “dumpsters”, within one hundred feet (100') of a 5 |

| 28 | 28 | | dwelling unit, as defined § 45-24-31, between the hours of ten o'clock (10:00) pm and eight o'clock 6 |
