RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Thomas P. 1
Morgan, may join Hayley Marie Patton and Corey Francis Marte in marriage within the Town of 2
Narragansett, Rhode Island on or about May 6, 2023. Thomas P. Morgan, is hereby authorized and 3
empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with Chapter 4
3 of Title 15 of the General laws, entitled “Solemnization of Marriages.” 5
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. 6
