EXPRESSING CONDOLENCES ON THE P ASSING OF JOVANNI EMILIO DEL GIUDICE

WHEREAS, It is with deep sadness that this House has learned of the passing of Jovanni 1
Emilio Del Giudice of Providence, the beloved son of Richard Del Giudice and Evelyn Perez; and 2
WHEREAS, Mr. Del Giudice was a student at the Community College of Rhode Island. 3
He was a hard-working young man who was focused on his future goals and spending time with 4
his family; and 5
WHEREAS, In addition to his parents, he leaves behind his siblings, Clarissa, Armani, 6
and Alexis Del Giudice, and his grandparents Emilio and Giselaperez. He was loved by the late 7
Richard Del Giudice and Veronica Russo, and was the nephew of Emilio Perez, Jr., Miguel Perez 8
and his wife, Roselyn Jiminez, Rosella Perez, and Jason Ferrell. He is also survived by his 9
cousins, Gisele Perez, Imirio Perez, Miguel B. Perez, Emil Perez, Gianni Perez, and Miguel 10
Perez, his Godparents, Robert Lanni and Carolina Grulton, and his God Siblings John Michael 11
Ferrell, Franchesca Lanni, and Alexander Mercado; and 12
WHEREAS, Tragically, Jovanni’s life was short, but the memory of his life will live on 13
forever in the hearts of his family, extended family, and his many friends; now, therefore be it 14
RESOLVED, That this House of Representatives of the State of Rhode Island hereby 15
expresses its deepest condolences on the passing of Jovanni Emilio Del Giudice; and be it further 16
RESOLVED, That the Secretary of State be and hereby is authorized and directed to 17
transmit duly certified copies of this resolution to Richard Del Giudice and Evelyn Perez, and 18
