CONGRATULATING GRACE BOLDUC ON HER RETIREMENT FROM THE STATE OF 
RHODE ISLAND AS A PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT AFTER THIRTY-THREE 
YEARS OF DEDICATED AND DISTINGUISHED SERVICE

WHEREAS, Grace Bolduc, a graduate of Newbury College, began her distinguished 1 
medical professional career in 1984, serving as a Physical Therapist Assistant at the Summit 2 
Medical Center, working at the Inpatient Center and in geriatrics services. She then proceeded to 3 
work at Roger Williams Hospital, Chery Hill Manor, South County Nursing Center, Lafayette 4 
Nursing Home and Bay Tower VNA, in geriatrics and orthopedics, before she began working for 5 
the State; and 6 
WHEREAS, For the past thirty-three years, Grace Bolduc has served her patients at the 7 
Chief Judge Robert F. Arrigan Rehabilitation Center with tireless devotion and an abundance of 8 
cheerful optimism. She is widely admired by her peers and her many patients; and 9 
WHEREAS, In her position as a Physical Therapy Assistant and as a clinical team 10 
member, she has helped thousands of Rhode Islanders reach their maximal functional ability as 11 
she assisted them on their journey back to work. She has always consistently provided superb 12 
physical therapy services, strong patient moral support, and skillful job coaching; now, therefore 13 
be it 14 
RESOLVED, That this House of Representatives of the State of Rhode Island hereby 15 
congratulates Physical Therapy Assistant Grace Bolduc on her retirement on March 31, 2023, and 16 
thanks her for the high-quality physical therapy and health care she provided all of her patients. 17 
We furthermore wish her a most happy and healthy retirement and continued success in all of her 18 
future endeavors; and be it further 19
