A N A C T
RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Scott 1
Woolhouse, Sr., may join Nikole P. Meabe and Jeffrey V. Ferzoco in marriage within the Town of 2
North Kingstown, Rhode Island, on or about October 13, 2023. Scott Woolhouse, Sr., is hereby 3
authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance 4
with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General laws, entitled “Solemnization of Marriages.” 5
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. 6
