A N A C T
RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, the 1
Honorable Brian Rea may join Monique Diana Belisle and Angelo Anthony Riccitelli in marriage 2
within the Town of Exeter, on or about August 18, 2023. The Honorable Brian Rea is hereby 3
authorized and empowered to join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance 4
with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of the General laws, entitled “Solemnization of Marriages.” 5
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. 6
