| 27 | 27 | | Port also generates $45.5 million in total state tax revenue as well as $10.5 million in local taxes; 6 |

| 33 | 33 | | the northeast corner extension of Davisville Pier 2 including, but not be limited to, pier 12 |

| 34 | 34 | | development and ancillary equipment to develop a dock, dock infrastructure and operate the pier, 13 |
