| 23 | 23 | | SECTION 1. Chapter 16-21 of the General Laws entitled "Health and Safety of Pupils" is 1 |

| 25 | 25 | | 16-21-42. Availability of feminine hygiene products in universities and colleges. 3 |

| 26 | 26 | | (a) By the beginning of the 2024-2025 school year, all universities and colleges whether 4 |

| 27 | 27 | | public or privately run shall make feminine hygiene products available as follows: 5 |

| 28 | 28 | | (1) Feminine products shall be available in all gender-neutral bathrooms and any bathroom 6 |

| 29 | 29 | | designated for females; 7 |

| 30 | 30 | | (2) Feminine products shall be available at no cost to students. 8 |

| 31 | 31 | | (b) For the purposes of this section, "feminine hygiene products" includes tampons and 9 |
