| 27 | 27 | | (a) The administrator of the division of motor vehicles, in consultation with the Rhode 4 |

| 28 | 28 | | Island Police Chiefs Association and at least one organization that advocates for persons with 5 |

| 29 | 29 | | autism spectrum disorder, shall design and make available for persons with autism spectrum 6 |

| 30 | 30 | | disorder who are capable of holding a motor vehicle operator's license, registration and insurance 7 |

| 32 | 32 | | (1) A motor vehicle operator's license that is clearly marked "autism." 9 |
