| 22 | 22 | | SECTION 1. Chapter 40-8.14 of the General Laws entitled "Quality Self-Directed 1 |

| 24 | 24 | | 40-8.14-4.1. Compensation rates for individual providers of direct support services. 3 |

| 25 | 25 | | In accordance with the secretary's authority under ยง 40-8.14-4(c)(1), the hourly 4 |

| 26 | 26 | | compensation rates for "individual providers" shall be no less than sixteen dollars ($16.00) per hour 5 |

| 27 | 27 | | beginning April 1, 2023; increasing to no less than seventeen dollars ($17.00) per hour on June 30, 6 |
