A N A C T
RELATING TO SOLEMNIZATION OF MARRIAGES

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, Socrates 1
Barbosa may join Theresa Matos Agonia and Alexander David Miller in marriage within the City 2
of Warwick, on or about July 15, 2023. Socrates Barbosa is hereby authorized and empowered to 3
join the foregoing persons in marriage pursuant to and in accordance with Chapter 3 of Title 15 of 4
the General laws, entitled “Solemnization of Marriages.” 5
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage. 6
