HOUSE RESOLUTION CREATING A SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO STUDY THE FEASIBILITY OF UTILIZING FEDERAL TITLE IV DOLLARS TO SUPPORT AND ENHANCE ENROLLMENT IN SOCIAL WORK EDUCATION AT RIC (Creates a 12-member commission to study the feasibility of utilizing Federal Title IV-E dollars to enroll students in the field of social work, and who would report back to the House and Governor by October 1, 2024, and expire on January 24, 2025.)
Includes the offense of second-degree sexual assault among the offenses to which there shall be no statute of limitations and provides for a ten (10) year statute of limitations for third-degree sexual assault.
