| 22 | 22 | | SECTION 1. Chapter 39-15 of the General Laws entitled "Water Supply" is hereby 1 |

| 23 | 23 | | amended by adding thereto the following section: 2 |

| 24 | 24 | | 39-15-13. Maintenance, operation and delivery of water services.. 3 |
|---|
| 25 | 25 | | Any water supplier, defined pursuant to ยง 39-15.1-2, shall be responsible for the 4 |
|---|
| 26 | 26 | | maintenance, operation, and delivery of water to the lot line of each individual parcel of land 5 |
|---|
| 27 | 27 | | contained within a residential subdivision, including any and all costs associated with a pumping 6 |
|---|
| 28 | 28 | | station not contained within the residential subdivision, and for any pumping station not contained 7 |
|---|
| 29 | 29 | | on school property delivering water to a school. For purposes of this section, any condominium or 8 |
|---|
| 30 | 30 | | multi-family parcel of land shall not constitute a residential subdivision. 9 |
