| 24 | 24 | | SECTION 1. Sections 12-1.1-4 and 12-1.1-6 of the General Laws in Chapter 12-1.1 entitled 1 |

| 29 | 29 | | the Rhode Island Bar Association; the public defender; the president of the Rhode Island 6 |

| 30 | 30 | | Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers; and a representative of the Rhode Island Police Chiefs 7 |

| 31 | 31 | | Association appointed by the governor with the advice and consent of the senate; and two (2) public 8 |

| 32 | 32 | | members appointed by the governor with the advice and consent of the senate. Appointed public 9 |
