| 23 | 23 | SECTION 1. Chapter 36-8 of the General Laws entitled "Retirement System — 1 | |
| 24 | 24 | Administration" is hereby amended by adding thereto the following section: 2 | |
| 25 | 25 | 36-8-22. Board meetings -- Online distribution. 3 | |
| 26 | 26 | (a) The retirement board shall provide: 4 | |
| 27 | 27 | (1) The online distribution of any archived video or audio recordings of meetings of the 5 | |
| 28 | 28 | board to be displayed on the employees' retirement system website; and 6 | |
| 29 | 29 | (2) The online distribution of all video or audio recordings of meetings occurring on or 7 | |
| 30 | 30 | after the enactment of this section, which shall be displayed on the employees' retirement system 8 | |
| 31 | 31 | website. 9 | |
| 32 | 32 | (b) The provisions of this section shall apply to any subsidiary board to the retirement board 10 | |
| 33 | 33 | that specializes in state investments. 11 | |
