RESOLVED, That there is hereby appropriated an amount of money in the treasury not 1
otherwise appropriated for the fiscal year 2025-2026 the sum of twenty nine million nine hundred 2
thousand dollars ($29,900,000) of which one million one hundred thousand dollars ($1,100,000) 3
shall be allocated to the department of human services to be used as core funding to sustain and 4
increase access to higher quality infant and toddler early care and education. 5
