2121 It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
2222 SECTION 1. Section 3-7-19 of the General Laws in Chapter 3-7 entitled "Retail Licenses" 1
2323 is hereby amended to read as follows: 2
2424 3-7-19. Objection by adjoining property owners — Proximity to schools and 3
2525 churches. 4
2626 (a) Retailers’ Class B, C, N and I licenses, and any license provided for in § 3-7-16.8, shall 5
2727 not be issued to authorize the sale of beverages in any building where the owner of the greater part 6
2828 of the land within two hundred feet (200′) of any point of the building files with the body or official 7
2929 having jurisdiction to grant licenses his or her objection to the granting of the license, nor in any 8
3030 building within two hundred feet (200′) of the premises of any public, private, or parochial school 9
3131 or a place of public worship. In the city of East Providence, retailer’s Class A licenses shall not be 10
3232 issued to authorize the sale of beverages in any building within five hundred feet (500′) of the 11
3333 premises of any public, private, or parochial school, or a place of public worship. 12
3434 (b) As used in this section, “private school” means any nonpublic institution of elementary 13
3535 or secondary (K-12th grade) education, accredited or recognized as a private school by the 14
3636 department of elementary and secondary education or the school committee of the city or town 15
3737 having jurisdiction over private schools. 16
3838 (c) This section shall not apply to any Class B or C license holder whose license was issued 17
3939 prior to January 1, 1978, nor shall this section apply to, or constitute the basis of, an objection to, 18
4040 or disapproval of, the transfer of a Class B or C license where the location of the licensed 19

4444 establishment predates the location of the public, private, or parochial school, or place of public 1
4545 worship. 2
4646 (d)(1) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the board of licenses of the city of 3
4747 Providence shall, after application, have the authority to exempt from the provisions of this section 4
4848 any proposed retailer Class B, C, or I license intended to be located within the following described 5
4949 area(s) in the city of Providence: 6
5050 (A) Beginning at a point, that point being the intersection of the southerly line of Smith 7
5151 Street and the easterly taking line of Interstate Route 95; 8
5252 Thence running in a general southwesterly direction along the easterly taking line of 9
5353 Interstate Route 95 to the center line of Kingsley Avenue; 10
5454 Thence turning and running northwesterly in part along the southerly line of Kingsley 11
5555 Avenue to its intersection with the southerly line of Harris Avenue; 12

9393 Beginning at a point, that point being the intersection of the southerly line of Broadway 13
9494 and the easterly line of Courthouse Square; 14
9595 Thence running in a general northeasterly direction along the southerly line of Broadway 15
9696 a distance of one hundred and two feet (102′) to a point at the southeasterly corner of land now or 16
9797 formerly owned by the Newport Historical Society; 17
9898 Thence turning and running in a southeasterly direction ninety-eight and nine-tenths feet 18
9999 (98.9′) along the southwesterly border of land now or formerly owned by the Newport Historical 19
100100 Society; 20
101101 Thence turning and running in a southwesterly direction one hundred and twelve feet (112′) 21
102102 to Courthouse Street; and 22
103103 Thence turning and running in a generally northwesterly direction along Courthouse Street 23
104104 for a distance of ninety feet (90′) to the point and place of beginning. 24
105105 (3) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the board of licenses of the town of 25
106106 Warren shall, after application, have the authority to exempt from the provisions of this section any 26
107107 proposed retailer Class B, C, or I license intended to be located within any zoning district in the 27
108108 town of Warren which is designated as a limited business district or as a general business district 28
109109 pursuant to the zoning ordinance of the town of Warren. 29
110110 (4) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the board of licenses of the town of 30
111111 Bristol shall, after application, have the authority to exempt from the provisions of this section any 31
112112 proposed retailer Class B license intended to be located on lot 34 of tax assessors plat 10 of the 32
113113 Bristol tax assessors map as of December 31, 1999, including that portion of the public sidewalk 33
114114 contiguous to said lot. 34

118118 (5) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the board of licenses for the city of 1
119119 Newport shall, after application, have the authority to exempt from the provisions of this section as 2
120120 to places of public worship any proposed sidewalk cafe as defined in the Codified Ordinance of the 3
121121 city of Newport, provided that the applicant be an existing holder of a Retailers’ Class B license. 4
122122 (6) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the board of licenses of the city of 5
123123 Providence shall, after application, have the authority to exempt from the provisions of this section 6
124124 any proposed retailer Class B license intended to be located on lot 131 of tax assessors plat 68 of 7
125125 the Providence tax assessors map as of December 31, 1999, and any proposed retailer Class B 8
126126 license intended to be located on lot 21 of the tax assessors map plat 49 and any proposed retailer 9
127127 class BV license intended to be located on lots 3 and 5 of tax assessors map plat 35 of the 10
128128 Providence tax assessors map as of December 31, 2003. 11
129129 (7) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the board of licenses of the city of 12
130130 Cranston shall, after application, have the authority to exempt from the provisions of this section 13
131131 any proposed retailer Class B license intended to be located on either lot 160 of tax assessor’s plat 14
132132 9, and/or on lot 152 of tax assessor’s plat 9, of the Cranston tax assessor’s map as of December 31, 15
133133 2002; provided, however, as to the subsequent transfer of said Class B license issued by the city of 16
134134 Cranston under this exemption, whether said transfer is attributable to the holder’s death or 17
135135 otherwise, any person desiring to become the potential transferee of said Class B license shall 18
136136 comply with those restrictions as to its use (and shall refrain from those activities which result in 19
137137 its reversion) set forth in the city of Cranston Memorandum of Understanding dated May 13, 2003, 20
138138 and, in addition, those requirements applicable to anyone who desires to become a transferee of a 21
139139 validly issued and outstanding Class B license designated for use in any location in the state of 22
140140 Rhode Island. Neither the exemption granted herein nor any future exemption granted hereafter 23
141141 shall be effective until the proposed Class B license and the underlying property owner is certified 24
142142 to be current in the payment of any and all local and state taxes. 25
143143 (8) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the board of licenses of the city of 26
144144 Pawtucket shall, after application, have the authority to exempt from the provisions of this section 27
145145 any proposed retailer Class B, C, or I license intended to be located within the following described 28
146146 area in the city of Pawtucket: 29
147147 Beginning at the point of intersection of Dexter Street and the Central Falls line, then east 30
148148 along the Central Falls line to the Blackstone River, then north along the city boundary on the 31
149149 Blackstone River to the Cumberland line, then west along the Pawtucket city boundary line to I-32
150150 95, then south along I-95 to Pine Street, then north on Pine Street to AMTRAK Right of Way, then 33
151151 northwest along the AMTRAK Right of Way to Dexter Street, then north on Dexter Street to the 34

156156 (9) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the town council of the town of Little 2
157157 Compton, after application, is authorized to exempt from the provisions of this section relating to 3
158158 places of worship any class B license limited to malt and vinous beverages intended to be located 4
159159 on Plat 30, Lot 33 of the town of Little Compton tax assessment map existing as of December 31, 5
160160 2004. 6
161161 (10) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the board of licenses of the town of 7
162162 Bristol shall, after application, have the authority to exempt from the provisions of this section any 8
163163 proposed retailers’ Class B license intended to be located on lots 3, 18, and 19 of tax assessors plat 9
164164 10 of the Bristol tax assessors map as of December 31, 2007. 10
165165 (11) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the town council of the town of 11
166166 Smithfield, after application, is authorized to exempt from the provisions of this section, any class 12
167167 B, C, or I license intended to be located on Plat 45, Lot 042 of the town of Smithfield, tax 13
168168 assessment map existing as of December 31, 2007; provided, however, said exemption shall apply 14
169169 only to any renewal of any class B, C, or I license issued for use at the said premises located on 15
170170 plat 45, lot 042 as of December 31, 2011. In the event said license is not renewed, then this 16
171171 exemption is hereby repealed in its entirety. 17
172172 (12) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the board of licenses of the city of 18
173173 Providence shall, after application, have the authority to exempt from the provisions of this section 19
174174 any proposed retailer Class B license intended to be located on plat 13, lots 31 and 32 of the 20
175175 applicable city of Providence tax assessment map. 21
176176 (13) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the board of licenses of the town of 22
177177 Tiverton shall, after the application, have the authority to exempt from the provisions of this section 23
178178 a proposed retailer’s Class BV license for a restaurant located on tax assessor’s plat 181, lot 1A. 24
179179 (14) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the board of licenses of the city of 25
180180 Providence shall, after application, have the authority to exempt from the provisions of this section 26
181181 any proposed retailer’s Class B license intended to be located on tax assessor’s plat 68, lot 732. 27
182182 (15) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the board of licenses in the city of 28
183183 Providence shall, after application, have the authority to exempt from the provisions of this section 29
184184 any proposed retailer’s Class B license intended to be located on plat 105, lot 489, plat 105, lot 12 30
185185 and plat 32, lot 232 of the applicable city of Providence tax assessment map. 31
186186 (16) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the city council of the city of Central 32
187187 Falls, shall, after application, have the authority to exempt from the provisions of this section any 33
188188 proposed retailer’s Class B license intended to be located on plat 5, lot 188 of the applicable city 34

193193 (17) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the board of licenses of the town of 2
194194 Portsmouth shall, after application, have the authority to exempt from the provisions of this section 3
195195 any proposed retailer’s Class B license intended to be located on plat 37, lot 69 of the applicable 4
196196 town of Portsmouth tax assessment map. 5
197197 (18) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the board of licenses of the town of 6
198198 North Providence shall, after application, have the authority to exempt from the provisions of this 7
199199 section any proposed retailer’s Class B license intended to be located on plat 23A, lot 98 of the 8
200200 applicable town of North Providence tax assessment map. 9
201201 (19) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the board of licenses of the city of 10
202202 Cranston shall, after application, have the authority to exempt from the provisions of this section 11
203203 any proposed retailer’s Class B license intended to be located on Plat 11, lot 3558 of the applicable 12
204204 city of Cranston tax assessment map. 13
205205 (20) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the town council of the town of 14
206206 Smithfield, after application, is authorized to exempt from the provisions of this section, any Class 15
207207 B or C license intended to be located on Plat 6, Lot 54 of the town of Smithfield tax assessors map 16
208208 as of December 31, 2012. 17
209209 (21) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the board of licenses of the city of 18
210210 Cranston shall, after application, have the authority to exempt from the provisions of this section 19
211211 any proposed retailers class B license intended to be located on tax assessors plat 1, lot 2170 of the 20
212212 applicable city of Cranston tax assessment map as of December 31, 2012. 21
213213 (22) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the board of licenses in the city of 22
214214 Providence shall, after application, have the authority to exempt from the provisions of this section 23
215215 any proposed retailer’s Class B license intended to be located on tax assessor’s plat 43, lot 211. 24
216216 (23) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the board of licenses of the town of 25
217217 North Providence shall, after application, have the authority to exempt from the provisions of this 26
218218 section any proposed retailer’s Class B license intended to be located on Plat 22A, Lot 336, of the 27
219219 applicable town of North Providence tax assessment map. 28
220220 (24) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the city council of the city of Central 29
221221 Falls shall, after application, have the authority to exempt from the provisions of this section any 30
222222 proposed retailer’s Class B license intended to be located on plat 1, lot 164 of the applicable city 31
223223 of Central Falls tax assessment map. 32
224224 (25) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the board of licenses in the city of 33
225225 Providence shall, after application, have the authority to exempt from the provisions of this section 34

229229 any proposed retailer’s Class B license intended to be located at 1948-1950 Westminster Street on 1
230230 plat 35, lot 359 of the applicable city of Providence tax assessment map. 2
231231 (26) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the town council of the town of 3
232232 Middletown, after application, is authorized to exempt from the provisions of this section, any 4
233233 proposed retailer’s Class BV license intended to be located on Plat 107 NW, Lot 55 of the town of 5
234234 Middletown’s tax assessor’s maps as of December 31, 2014. 6
235235 (27) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the board of licenses of the city of 7
236236 Providence shall, after application, have the authority to exempt from the provisions of this section 8
237237 any retailer Class B, C or I license intended to be located on Plat 109, Lot 289, of the applicable 9
238238 city of Providence tax assessor’s map. 10
239239 (28) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the board of licenses of the city of 11
240240 Providence shall, after application, have the authority to exempt from the provisions of this section 12
241241 any proposed retailer’s Class BV license intended to be located at 226 and 230 Dean Street on plat 13
242242 25, lot 44 of the applicable city of Providence tax assessment map. 14
243243 (29) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the board of licenses of the town of 15
244244 East Greenwich shall, after application, have the authority to exempt from the provisions of this 16
245245 section any proposed retailer’s Class B license intended to be located at 219 Main Street on map/lot 17
246246 085 001 212 0000 of the applicable town of East Greenwich tax assessment map. 18
247247 (30) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the board of licenses of the town of 19
248248 East Greenwich shall, after application, have the authority to exempt from the provisions of this 20
249249 section any proposed retailer’s Class B license intended to be located at 137 Main Street on map/lot 21
250250 085-001-412; 59 Main Street on map/lot 085-001-236; 555 Main Street on map/lot 075-003-084; 22
251251 74 Cliff Street on map/lot 075-003-040; 609 Main Street on map/lot 075-003-080; 241 Main Street 23
252252 on map/lot 085-001-208; 155 Main Street on map/lot 085-001-222; 149 Main Street on map/lot 24
253253 085-001-223; and 2 Academy Court on map/lot 085-001-211 of the applicable Town of East 25

255255 (31) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the board of licenses of the town of 27
256256 Lincoln shall, after application, have the authority to exempt from the provisions of this section any 28
257257 proposed retailers’ Class B license intended to be located on tax assessor’s plat 10, lot 108, of the 29
258258 Lincoln tax assessor’s map as of December 31, 2015. 30
259259 (32) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the board of licenses of the city of 31
260260 Providence shall, after application, have the authority to exempt from the provisions of this section 32
261261 any proposed retailer’s Class C license intended to be located at 215 Dean Street on plat 28, lot 961 33
262262 of the applicable city of Providence tax assessment map. 34

266266 (33) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the board of licenses in the city of 1
267267 Providence shall, after application, have the authority to exempt from the provisions of this section 2
268268 any proposed retailer’s Class B license intended to be located at 100-102 Hope Street on plat 16, 3
269269 lot 263 of the applicable city of Providence tax assessment map. 4
270270 (34) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the board of licenses in the town of 5
271271 Cumberland shall, after application, have the authority to exempt from the provisions of this section 6
272272 any proposed retailer’s Class B license intended to be located at 88 Broad Street on Lots 32, 51, 7
273273 and 52 of Plat 2 Cumberland tax assessor’s map as of December 31, 2016. 8
274274 (35) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the board of licenses in the city of 9
275275 Providence shall, after application, have the authority to exempt from the provisions of this section 10
276276 any proposed retailer’s Class B license intended to be located at 11 Lowell Avenue, 191 Pocasset 11
277277 Avenue and 187 Pocasset Avenue on Lots 22, 23, and 24 of Plat 108 Providence tax assessor’s map 12
278278 as of December 31, 2017. 13
279279 (36) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the city council in the city of Central 14
280280 Falls shall, after application, have the authority to exempt from the provisions of this section any 15
281281 proposed retailer’s Class B license intended to be located on Plat 1, of Lot 171 of the applicable 16
282282 city of Central Falls tax assessment map. 17
283283 (37) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the board of licenses in the city of 18
284284 Providence shall, after application, have the authority to exempt from the provisions of this section 19
285285 any proposed retailer’s Class BV and Class BX license intended to be located at 161 Douglas 20
286286 Avenue on plat 68, lot 201 of the applicable city of Providence tax assessment map. 21
287287 (38) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the board of licenses in the city of 22
288288 Providence shall, after application, have the authority to exempt from the provisions of this section 23
289289 any proposed retailers’ Class B license intended to be located at 1007 Broad Street, Plat 53, Lot 24
290290 192 of the applicable city of Providence tax assessment map and 1017 Broad Street Plat 53, Lot 25
291291 582 of the applicable city of Providence tax assessment map. 26
292292 (39) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the city council in the city of 27
293293 Woonsocket shall, after application, have the authority to exempt from the provisions of this section 28
294294 any proposed retailer’s Class B license intended to be located at 122 North Main Street, Map/Lot 29
295295 130-125-005 of the applicable city of Woonsocket tax assessment map. 30
296296 (40) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the city council of the city of 31
297297 Woonsocket, after application, is authorized to exempt from the provisions of this section, any 32
298298 proposed retailers’ license of any class intended to be located within the Downtown Overlay 33

303303 (41) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the board of licenses in the city of 1
304304 Providence shall, after application, have the authority to exempt from the provisions of this section 2
305305 any proposed retailers’ Class B license intended to be located at 375 Smith Street, Plat 68, Lot 132 3
306306 of the applicable city of Providence tax assessment map. 4
307307 (42) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the board of licenses in the city of 5
308308 Providence shall, after application, have the authority to exempt from the provisions of this section 6
309309 any proposed retailers’ Class B license intended to be located at 671 Broadway Street, Plat 35, Lot 7
310310 566 of the applicable city of Providence tax assessment map. 8
311311 (43) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the board of licenses in the city of 9
312312 Providence shall, after application, have the authority to exempt from the provisions of this section 10
313313 any proposed retailers’ Class B license intended to be located at 464-468 Wickenden Street, also 11
314314 identified as 8 Governor Street, Plat 17, Lot 179 of the applicable city of Providence tax assessment 12

316316 (44) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the town council of the town of 14
317317 Westerly shall, after application, have the authority to exempt from the provisions of this section 15
318318 any proposed retailers’ Class B license intended to be located at 114 Granite Street, Westerly, RI 16
319319 02891, Plat 67, Lot 278 of the applicable town of Westerly tax assessment map. 17
320320 (45) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the board of licenses in the city of 18
321321 Woonsocket shall, after application, have the authority to exempt from the provisions of this section 19
322322 any proposed retailers’ Class B license intended to be located at 43 Railroad Street, Plat 14R, Lot 20
323323 205 of the applicable city of Woonsocket tax assessment map. 21
324324 (46) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the board of licenses of the city of 22
325325 Providence shall, after application, have the authority to exempt from the provisions of this section 23
326326 any proposed retailer Class BL license or Class BV license intended to be located at 601 Hartford 24
327327 Avenue, Plat 113, Lot 50 of the applicable city of Providence tax assessment map. 25
328328 (47) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the town council of the town of 26
329329 Westerly shall, after application, have the authority to exempt from the provisions of this section 27
330330 any proposed retailers’ Class B license intended to be located at 169 and 177 Main Street, Westerly, 28
331331 RI 02891, Map 66, Lots 8 and 9 of the applicable town of Westerly tax assessment map. 29
332332 (48) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the city council of the city of East 30
333333 Providence shall, after application, have the authority to exempt from the provisions of this section 31
334334 any proposed retailers’ Class B license intended to be located at 332 Bullock Point Avenue, East 32
335335 Providence, RI 02915, Map 312, Block 12, Parcel 018.00 of the applicable city of East Providence 33

340340 (49) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the board of license commissioners of 1
341341 the city of Pawtucket shall, after application, have the authority to exempt from the provisions of 2
342342 this section any proposed retailers Class B, C, or N license intended to be located on Plat 54B, Lots 3
343343 826 and 827; Plat 65B, Lot 662; and Plat 23A, Lots 599, 672, and 673 of the city of Pawtucket tax 4
344344 assessment map existing as of March 1, 2021. 5
345345 (50) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the board of licenses in the town of 6

349349 (51) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the board of licenses of the city of 10
350350 Providence, shall after application, have the authority to exempt from the provisions of this section 11
351351 any proposed retailer Class BV and Class P license intended to be located at 203-209 Douglas 12
352352 Avenue, Plat 68, Lots 83 and 646 of the applicable city of Providence tax assessment map. 13
353353 (52) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the board of licenses of the city of East 14
354354 Providence shall, after application, have the authority to exempt from the provisions of this section 15
355355 any proposed retailer’s Class B license intended to be located at 130 Taunton Avenue, Map 106, 16
356356 Block 6, Parcel 15 of the applicable city of East Providence tax assessment map. 17
357357 (53) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the town council of the town of 18
358358 Barrington shall, after application, have the authority to exempt from the provisions of this section 19
359359 any proposed retailers’ Class B license intended to be located at 305 Sowams Road, Barrington, 20
360360 R.I. 02806, Plat 30, Lot 141 of the applicable town of Barrington tax assessment map. 21
361361 (54) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the board of licenses of the city of 22
362362 Providence shall, after application, have the authority to exempt from the provisions of this section 23
363363 any proposed retailer Class B license intended to be located at 737 Hope Street, Plat 6, Lot 595 of 24
364364 the applicable city of Providence tax assessment map. 25
365365 (55) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the board of licenses of the town of 26
366366 Warren shall, after application, have the authority to exempt from the provisions of this section any 27
367367 proposed retailer Class B license intended to be located at 4 Market Street, Plat 3, Lot 74 of the 28
368368 applicable town of Warren tax assessment map. 29
369369 (56) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the town council of the town of 30
370370 Westerly shall, after application, have the authority to exempt from the provisions of this section 31
371371 any proposed retailers’ Class B license intended to be located at 163 Main Street, Westerly, RI 32
372372 02891, Map 66, Lot 11 of the applicable town of Westerly tax assessment map. 33
373373 (57) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the board of licenses of the city of 34

384384 (59) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the board of licenses of the city of 8
385385 Providence shall, after application, have the authority to exempt from the provisions of this section 9
386386 any proposed retailer Class B license intended to be located at 12 Governor Street, Plat 17, Lot 180 10
387387 of the applicable city of Providence tax assessment map. 11
388388 (60) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the board of licenses of the city of 12
389389 Providence shall, after application, have the authority to exempt from the provisions of this section 13
390390 any proposed retailer Class B or Class BV licenses intended to be located at 371 Smith Street, Plat 14
391391 68, Lot 2 of the applicable city of Providence tax assessment map. 15
392392 (61) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the board of licenses of the town of 16
393393 Bristol shall, after application, have the authority to exempt from the provisions of this section any 17
394394 proposed retailer Class B or Class BV licenses intended to be located at 499 Hope Street, Map 9, 18
395395 Lot 75 of the applicable town of Bristol tax assessment map. 19
396396 (62) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the board of licenses of the town of 20
397397 South Kingstown shall, after application, have the authority to exempt from the provisions of this 21
398398 section any proposed retailer’s Class BV license intended to be located at 357 Main Street, a/k/a 22
399399 359 Main Street, Plat 56-3, Lot 50, of the applicable town of South Kingstown tax assessment map. 23
400400 (63) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the board of licenses of the city of 24
401401 Providence shall, after application, have the authority to exempt from the provisions of this section 25
402402 any proposed retailer Class B or Class BV licenses intended to be located at 225 Waterman Street, 26
403403 Plat 14, Lot 508 of the applicable city of Providence tax assessment map. 27
404404 (64) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, the board of licenses of the city of East 28
