| 22 | 22 | SECTION 1. Chapter 46-15 of the General Laws entitled "Water Resources Management" 1 | |
| 23 | 23 | is hereby amended by adding thereto the following section: 2 | |
| 24 | 24 | 46-15-24. Rental fees. 3 | |
| 25 | 25 | Twenty percent (20%) of all rental fees collected by the water resources board pursuant to 4 | |
| 26 | 26 | a lease agreement with the Coventry Pines Golf Club or a memorandum of understanding with the 5 | |
| 27 | 27 | town of Coventry, shall be remitted as follows: 6 | |
