36 | 36 | | providers pursuant to chapter 91 of title 5 ("interstate medical licensure compact"). 14 |

37 | 37 | | (c) Prior to providing services under this chapter, any out-of-state medical provider shall 15 |

39 | 39 | | (d) The department of health and the office of health insurance commissioner shall 17 |

40 | 40 | | implement rules and regulations, as necessary, to carry out the provisions of this section. 18 |
