SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO STUDY RENEWABLE ENERGY PRO GRAMS

RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 378 1
passed by the Senate at its January session, A.D. 2024, and approved June 13, 2024, entitled 2
"Senate Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission to Study Renewable Energy 3
Programs” is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the Senate on or before 4
May 30, 2025, and said commission shall expire on June 30, 2025; and be it further 5
RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 378 passed by the 6
Senate at its January session, A.D. 2024, and approved June 13, 2024, be and the same is hereby 7
rescinded; and be it further 8
RESOLVED, That the resolution is amended by deleting the language “by August 31, 9
2024,” on page 3, line 1. 10

SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO STUDY RENEWABLE ENERGY PRO GRAMS

This resolution would delete the language “by August 31, 2024,” on page 3, line 1, and 1
extend the reporting date of the special legislative commission to study renewable energy 2
programs from February 14, 2025, to May 30, 2025, and said commission would expire on June 3
30, 2025. 4
