A house RESOLUTION to recognize and honor H. E. FARDOWSA OSMAN EGAL, MINISTER FOR TRANSPORT and CIVIL AVIATION in SOMALIA, and to congratulate her for her successful service to Somalia. Whereas, H. E. Fardowsa Osman Egal, Minister for Transport and Civil Aviation in Somalia, is a dynamic leader and reform-driven policymaker who has significantly advanced Somalia's transport and civil aviation sector. As minister for Transport and Civil Aviation, she has spearheaded major initiatives to modernize Somalia's aviation infrastructure, strengthen regulatory frameworks, and enhance international partnerships. Under her leadership, Somalia has intensified efforts to regain full control of its airspace, improved aviation safety standards, and expanded strategic collaborations with global stakeholders, including the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and key diplomatic partners; and Whereas, with over fifteen years of experience in governance and public administration, Minister Egal has played a crucial role in institutional reforms, capacity building, and policy development. Before her ministerial appointment, she served as state minister at the Ministry of Labor, Youth, and Sports of Puntland, where she championed labor market reforms and youth empowerment programs. Her tenure in government has been marked by a commitment to efficiency, accountability, and the implementation of policies that drive national progress. Now, therefore, Be it resolved by the House of Representatives: That the members of the South Carolina House of Representatives, by this resolution, recognize and honor H. E. Fardowsa Osman Egal, Minister for Transport and Civil Aviation in Somalia, and congratulate her for her successful service to Somalia. Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be presented to H. E. Fardowsa Osman Egal. ----XX----

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives:
