A bill TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY AMENDING SECTION 1-11-720, RELATING TO ENTITIES WHOSE EMPLOYEES AND RETIREES ARE ELIGIBLE FOR STATE HEALTH AND DENTAL INSURANCE PLANS, SO AS TO INCLUDE SCHOOL BOARD MEMBERS. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina: SECTION 1. Section 1-11-720(A) of the S.C. Code is amended by adding: (32) a school board member. SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor. ----XX----

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. Section 1-11-720(A) of the S.C. Code is amended by adding:
(32) a school board member.
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
