Section 22. That a NEW SECTION be added to 2024 Session Laws, chapter 236:
Section 40. The state treasurer shall transfer to the IT Modernization Fund the sum of five
million dollars ($5,000,000) from the state general fund.
Section 41. The state treasurer shall transfer to the Unclaimed Property Trust Fund the
sum of twenty-two million eight hundred and thirty thousand nine hundred and thirty -six
dollars ($22,830,936) from the state general fund.
Section 23. Funds appropriated by this Act which are unspent at the end of fiscal year 2025
may be carried over to fiscal year 2026.
